Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Macouta app. By downloading, installing, or using Macouta, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who we are

Macouta is owned and operated as a US-based entity. References to “Macouta,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to the Macouta company. References to “you” or “your” refer to the person accessing or using the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Macouta. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the app and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

Macouta uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked Apple or Google account and for all activity that occurs through your Macouta account.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Create more than one account per person.
• Use another person’s account without their permission.
• Use any automated means to access or create accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

4. Use of the app

Macouta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the app without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app or any related systems.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or index any part of the app without our express written permission.

5. Event listings and third-party content

Macouta aggregates or links to local event information sourced from third parties, public listings, and event organizers. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any event listing displayed in the app.

We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of event details such as dates, times, venues, or ticket availability.
• The content, quality, or safety of any event shown in the app.
